Welmanee “Bee” Phuangmala is the founder of VongMala & Co. LLC.

 

Bee’s experience was built inside founder-led businesses—not from advising at a distance. As a startup-stage member and operations leader within a construction and building-materials company, she designed and coordinated the infrastructure supporting $3.7 million in first-year revenue, more than 150 customers, and the expansion of a regional service-provider network from three partners to more than 20.

Her work has included operational and risk-management responsibility across roughly 30 active construction and real-estate projects representing $4.8 million in property value. She brings practical experience in permit processing, contractor and provider administration, workplace-safety systems, insurance documentation, workers’ compensation, liability exposure, OSHA-informed practices, and the requirements involved in qualifying for and supporting a regional provider contract with a national retailer.

Bee holds an active property and casualty insurance producer license, strengthening her ability to recognize the operational risks affecting construction, real estate, and project-based businesses.

Before moving into founder-led construction and real-estate operations, Bee spent ten years in commercial aviation across frontline safety, aircraft maintenance, and compliance roles. That experience shaped her disciplined approach to documentation, accountability, and systems that must perform under real operating pressure.

Bee is an operations strategist. Her work sits between an owner’s vision and the people, professionals, systems, and controls required to make it function. She founded VongMala to give owners access to practical operating leadership without requiring them to build a full internal executive team.
